FightBack Foods Waffles


Makes 6 servings


  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup FightBack Foods Almond Protein Powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk powder

  • 2 cups water

  • Your favorite fruit or waffle toppings


  1. Preheat waffle maker on medium heat

  2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Whisk the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until combined. Pour into dry ingredients and whisk until combined and no large lumps remain.

  3. Pour some batter into each well of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook the waffles until golden brown and crisp, approx. 5- 6 minutes.

  4. Serve warm waffles with your favorite toppings.
